Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Flower varieties, colours, and packaging may vary due to seasonal availability while maintaining the overall style and value of the arrangement.
